The Wellesley Health Department assesses and addresses the needs of the Wellesley community in order to protect and improve the health and quality of life for residents and the work force.
This charge is carried out by the implementation of disease prevention programs, health promotion, community health and nursing services, public outreach, education, and empowerment, as well as the promulgation and enforcement of Health Department, Town, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts regulations

The Health Department still has vaccine available for ages 16+. Call to make an appointment: 781-489-4356. Also, most pharmacies carry the Flu vaccine.
The current Flu vaccine is not a perfect match for this year's strains of Flu, but the latest shot offers plenty of protection against severe illness, and is particularly important for higher-risk groups. Learn more.
