Families Eat Together

Families Eat Together is a new initiative from the Wellesley Health Department promoting the value of family mealtime. Shared mealtime may be the only time of the day that families reconnect, recharge and share.

Research indicates that family meals are great for the health and well-being for everyone across the lifespan. Join the Health Department as we explore different ways we can engage in conversation, remove obstacles to getting to the table, and enjoy uninterrupted family time.
