Catch Connect runs Monday - Friday 6:45 a.m. - 8:45 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. starting Sunday, January 11. Service is requested through the MWRTA Catch App or by calling the MWRTA customer service center at 508-283-5083. Catch Connect is a curb-to-curb ride share service similar to Uber or Lyft that is run by the MetroWest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA).
Anyone 12 years and older can use Catch Connect to go to/from destinations anywhere in Wellesley to the following locations outside Wellesley:
- Anywhere in Wellesley
- Newton Wellesley Hospital
- Woodland and Waban MBTA stations
- Natick Community Center
- Needham Heights Commuter Rail Station and Trader Joe's, Needham
Micro transit serves to solve first/last mile service gap with the existing public transportation such as train and bus services and provides ride share service in and around Wellesley.
For instructions on how to use the app visit the MWRTA guide. Catch Connect service is first-come, first-served; trips can be booked when the customer is ready. Wait times for pick up average between 10 - 30 minutes, but may be more at peak times. All vehicles are fully accessible.
