The Select Board, Planning Board, and Wellesley Housing Development Corporation worked collaboratively to produce a five-year (5) Housing Production Plan. The Town was fortunate to work with Barrett Planning Group, LLC and JM Goldson Community Preservation and Planning to prepare this Housing Production Plan (HPP). The Town thanks all the residents and stakeholders that participated in the three public forums from April to June 2018. The HPP was unanimously approved by the Select Board and Planning Board on September 24, 2018, and was approved by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) on October 22, 2018 (
Approval Letter).
