The Highway Division maintains approximately six (6) miles of guardrail throughout Town. List below are locations identified for guardrail repairs or replacement, based on recent inventory assessments.
FY26 Guardrail Projects
- Squirrel Road – Install 30 ft of new guardrail on both sides of the Indian Springs Brook culvert.
- Hundred Road at Wellesley Farm Station – Replace 39 wooden post with ne core-ten steel post.
- Croton Street @ Cochituate Aqueduct – Replace 2 - sections of damaged guardrail.
- Glen Road @ Indian Springs Culvert – Replace 3 – section of damaged guardrail.
- Eaton Court Parking Lot – Replace 140 ft. of wooden guardrail with new core-ten steel guardrail.
