Recent Projects

Wellesley Town Hall Interior Renovation

In 2025, Wellesley Town Hall reopened after a 22-month interior renovation. The goal of this project was Renovated Town Hall ribbon cutting with Select Board members and Permanent Building Committeeto address various needs, and working to ensure that the building's interior would be accessible to all. This included modernizing both the Jiuliani and Great Hall Rooms, while also ensuring that Town staff's needs were met through better facilities. Furthermore, this project completed a multi-year interior and exterior renovation of the building, which included restoration of the exterior walls.

Hardy & Hunnewell Elementary Schools

In 2024, the Town of Wellesley celebrated the opening of two new elementary schools in the community. Both projects were built and designed to help ensure that the modern needs of students were met, while working to reduce overall costs to the Town in terms of maintaining oudated systems in buildings that dated back to the Great Depression . Hardy Elementary School ProjectHunnewell

Opened in August of 2024, the new Hardy Elementary School was designed to consolidate both the Hardy and Upham Elementary Schools. This new facility, at the location of the Hardy Elementary School site, allowed for the closure of the nearby Upham Elementary School, ensuring a consolidation of facilities, while also improving facilities for current students. Hunnewell Elementary School

Opened in February of 2024, the new Hunnewell Elementary School was designed to meet the current and long-term needs of students. Further information can be found on the project page.
