Wellesley will hold a Special Town Meeting on Monday, April 11 at 7:00 p.m. within the current 2022 Annual Town Meeting.
Town Meeting members will consider a land transfer from the Select Board to the Wellesley Municipal Light Plant.
Read the Special Town Meeting Advisory Report and the Letter from the Advisory Chair. This information has been mailed to all Town Meeting members and is posted on the Town website.
Special Town Meeting will take place on Zoom. Registered Wellesley voters who are not Town Meeting members may request to participate in the Special Town Meeting by emailing Town Clerk KC Kato 48-hours in advance. These requests are to speak to Special Town Meeting Articles 1 or 2 ONLY. Emails must be received by Saturday, April 9 at 7:00 p.m.
Once Special Town Meeting is dissolved on April 11, members will continue discussing the remaining articles for 2022 Annual Town Meeting.
