Design Review Board

**SCAM WARNING*** We have received reports from Wellesley residents that they have been contacted regarding an outstanding balance owed to the Planning Department. Many of these claims are false. If you have received any such notification, please contact us to confirm whether the balance is legitimate. The Design Review Board (DRB) reviews and makes recommendations on all applications for signs and other identification devices, awnings, antennas, retaining walls, and projects defined as Minor and Major Construction projects in Section 5.6, Project Approval, of the Zoning Bylaw.

Design Review Board meetings are typically held on Zoom every other Wednesday at 6:30pm. Details for viewing and participating in meetings are posted on each agenda. Meeting materials can be found here.
