Pollinate Wellesley

Be Part of Wellesley’s Pollinator Corridor

Wellesley Natural Resources Commission is teaming up with Sustainable Wellesley and the Wellesley Conservation Land Trust to bring you Pollinate Wellesley, part of the NRC's Grow Green Wellesley initiative to inspire our community to use eco-friendly landscaping methods to protect our health and environment.

Pollinator Week is June 21 through the 27, and what better way to celebrate than to plant native species to help our valuable birds and insects?

Click the Pollinate Wellesley Events link to get you started and check out this great reading list.

Conservation starts in our yards, according to renown entomologist Doug Tallamy, and we are nature's best hope in building food corridors to sustain our important pollinators, which in turn sustain us, as well. Learn more here

We’ll make it easy for your yard to be part of Wellesley’s Pollinator Corridor with a native plant sale, garden tours, speaker series, reading lists, garden tips, container plantings, citizen-science activities, and more!

Learn more and register for upcoming events here, or on our Facebook page and sign up to receive more NRC information here!
