[ARCHIVED] Crime Alert: Unlocked Cars Broken Into, 2 Stolen

The Wellesley Police is investigating a series of break ins to unlocked vehicles during the early morning hours on November 5. Two vehicles were stolen as well with the keys in them. Those cars have since been recovered by the police. 

Multiple other unlocked cars were targeted and items were removed on the following streets: Bristol, Hampshire, Highgate, Earle, Brookfield Circle, Royalston, Pilgrim, and Mountview. The department is investigating. Please remember to lock your car doors and remove your keys, computers, and purses/wallets from your vehicles. We would ask that you review any of your home security video from midnight to 430 AM on Nov 5.
