Make sure your vote counts in Election 2020!
The last day to register to vote in the September 1, 2020 Election is Saturday August 22 by 8:00 p.m. Residents may register to vote online at https://www.sec.state.ma.us/OVR/
Voter registration will also be held at Town Hall on Saturday, August 22 between 2-4 p.m. or 7-8 p.m. As Town Hall is closed to the public for regular business, individuals wishing to register should call 781-431-1019, ext. 2258 when outside the Town Hall entrance that faces the Wellesley Free Library.
Early In-person voting begins on Saturday, August 22 and runs through Friday, August 28 at the Tolles Parsons Center/Council on Aging at 500 Washington Street. Voters are asked to wear masks indoors.
Early In-person voting times:
- Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
The last day to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot is Wednesday, August 26.
Vote-by-Mail ballots may be returned to the Ballots and Payment Drop Box in front of Town Hall (across from the bell).
Brown ballot envelopes must be signed to be counted!
Wellesley is holding a dual election on September 1. Please make sure to put the correct ballot in the appropriate envelope (State Primary ballot versus Town Special Election ballot.)
All precincts will be open for in-person voting on Tuesday, September 1 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Due to Coronavirus concerns, polling locations for some precincts have changed. Visit the Town of Wellesley website for more information.
