Create your own personal purpose statement!
Wellesley seniors 55+ years and older are invited to attend a "Discover Your Purpose" seminar on Thursday, March 28 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Tolles Parsons Center (500 Washington Street). The event is hosted by the Wellesley Council on Aging in partnership with Empower Success Corps.
"Discover Your Purpose" provides a framework focused on purpose, connection, life balance and their impacts on health, longevity and happiness. In discussions with peers, attendees will gain an understanding of how their values, talents and interests generate personal meaning while benefiting others.
The seminar will also introduce attendees to the COA's Discovery Center for Civic Engagement where participants can explore how to find purposeful engagement in the community.
