The Select Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Tuesday, January 21 at 6 p.m. to discuss changes to Wellesley's building, plumbing/gas, and electric permit fees.
Community members are encouraged to take part in the Zoom and give input using this link. The meeting will be recorded for later viewing on Wellesley Public Media.
Comments may also be submitted in writing to the Select Board at sel@wellesleyma.gov
Proposed modifications would update the fee schedule to reflect current costs associated with construction, permit processing, inspections, peer communities, and enforcement.
