The Treasurer's Office is changing online bill payment vendors to make it more convenient and less confusing for taxpayers.
On Friday, September 27, our new partner, City Hall Systems, will begin processing all online payments for Real Estate and Personal Property bills for Wellesley residents.
With City Hall Systems, you may pay your bills by credit card, debit card, or echeck using your computer or mobile device from the Town website or at https://epay.cityhallsystems.com
You may also pay over the phone by calling the City Hall Systems Payment Line at (508) 381-5456 and make secure payments through knowledgeable customer service representatives who speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
You may also pay in-person at the Town Hall offices temporarily located at 888 Worcester Street, Suite 140.
If you currently pay your tax bills online, you MUST set up a new account on City Hall Systems. The Town cannot transfer your information from one vendor to another.
Remember, accounts must be set up by Friday, September 27.
City Hall Systems also allows you to set up an ePay account and automatic payments. ePay account holders may also receive, view, and manage their bills electronically. For help with setting up an ePay Account, please call the City Hall Systems Support Line at (508) 381-5456
Please note: This vendor change is for tax bills ONLY. Payments for utility bills (water, sewer, electricity, stormwater) will continue to use Invoice Cloud until further notice.
