The Wellesley Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Community Survey is currently live.
The public - residents, businesses, employers and employees - are invited to take the survey. Share your experiences and ideas on how Wellesley can be a more welcoming and inclusive community.
The questionnaire was developed by the Select Board and is part of the Town's DEI Equity Audit that was approved and funded by 2023 Annual Town Meeting. The community survey will remain open for a few more weeks, until Thursday, September 12 at 5:00 p.m.
Your input will help:
- Measure community satisfaction and ensure all stakeholders are treated equitably
- Ensure all stakeholders have equal access to quality services
- Help the Town identify and understand the lived experiences of Wellesley community members
- Discover opportunities to move the Town forward in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in all areas of Town government
TAKE THE SURVEY
All responses to the survey are entirely voluntary, anonymous, and confidential. The Town has contracted with consultants Racial Equity Group (REG) to collect and analyze all response data. Individual responses are not shared with the Town or anyone else.
Hard copies of the DEI Community Survey are also available at the temporary Wellesley Town Hall (888 Worcester Street), the Tolles Parsons Center (500 Washington Street), and all Wellesley Free Library branches.
