Wellesley senior citizens gathered for food and festivities on Saturday, November 18 at the annual Thanksgiving dinner hosted by the Wellesley Fire Department.
The event took place at Wellesley Country Club this year, with Select Board members, Council on Aging staff, and fire officials helping serve attendees.
More than 120 people attended the dinner, enjoying a program that included remarks by long-time Town Meeting member John Schuler and other community leaders. The event was organized by WFD Deputy Chief Matt Corda, with support from Lt. Jim Claflin, Interim Fire Chief David Soar, and Lt. Paul Delaney.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in Wellesley!
