[ARCHIVED] Traffic Box Art Photo Contest

The Wellesley Traffic Box Art Challenge awaits you!

 

Get acquainted with the traffic box art, have fun and be entered into a drawing to win a $250 gift card!  

The Wellesley Public Art Committee is having a photo contest based on the 11 recently painted traffic boxes around Wellesley using Instagram.Traffic box art photo 3

 

Contest Rules:

1.  Click this link to the Wellesley Traffic Box Art Map to find the exact locations of the 11 traffic boxes in town.  You will need 10 of 11 locations to be entered.  

2.  Take a selfie in front of each of the unique traffic boxes.    Pick your best 10 best images and post the photos on your Instagram account.  Use the tag #wellesleytrafficboxchallenge.  Make sure you do one post with all ten images from the 10 different boxes.  Instagram won’t let you post more than 10 photos in one post anyway!

3.  Complete the challenge by October 1st.

4.  Instagram accounts that have successfully posted 10 of the 11 traffic boxes  and used #wellesleytrafficboxchallenge will be entered into the raffle.  The winner will be announced on the @WellesleyPolice Instagram account and contacted via direct message on October 2, 2021.    

 One entry per Instagram account.  Duplicate photos posted across several Instagram accounts will be disqualified.
