Traffic on Route 135 will be detoured overnight on Sunday, September 27 due to construction.
Crews will be milling the pavement from Washington Street to the Great Plain Avenue rotary. Work will take place from 8 PM on Sunday until 5 AM on Monday morning.
Portions of the eastbound and westbound lanes will be closed. Traffic will be rerouted through Wellesley Square and side streets.
Police details will be onsite to assist drivers but delays are expected. If you plan to drive through this area on Sunday, you’re advised to use alternate routes.
The roadway is expected to reopen before commuting hours on Monday.
