Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O'Donnell will hold office hours at Wellesley Town Hall (525 Washington St.) on Thursday, September 19 from 10 a.m. to Noon.
O'Donnell and his staff will be located in Conference Room G (3rd floor). No appointment is necessary.
Residents are invited to come by to learn about Registry services, including information on the Massachusetts Homestead Act.
On-site work stations will be available to residents who would like to check the status of their mortgage discharge, print out copies of deeds and learn how to use the Registry's online Land Records database.
Registry staff will not provide legal advice but can answer basic questions, provide general information and record documents.
The Norfolk County Registry of Deeds is located at 649 High Street in Dedham and is the principal office for real property in our county. More information for residents is available on the Registry website.
