In recognition of the hardship many households are facing in finding affordable housing in the Metro West suburban area, Metro West Collaborative Development is offering free one-on-one housing search counseling sessions for households that reside in Wellesley and do not exceed an income of 80% AMI (Annual Median Income). This program is funded through the generosity of the Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
