What is sustainable mobility? 
Wellesley is working to develop a variety of mobility options to expand access to key areas of our community for all residents.
Sustainable mobility highlights transportation modes and the supporting infrastructure that increases access while reducing environmental impacts, inefficiencies, and costs.
Along with traditional travel options, there are new technologies and innovative project designs that allow communities like Wellesley to identify, test, and prioritize new modes for moving people and, with the growth in e-commerce, packages too.
Join the Town for a virtual forum on Thursday, April 15 from 7 - 8 p.m. about the Sustainable Mobility Plan.
The discussion will feature information on sustainable mobility, new technologies and trends, and potential strategies for Wellesley as we seek greener, cleaner ways to travel in and around Town and meet important climate goals.
