The next session of Mindfulness Practice with Neil Motenko will include and discuss basic, anchor mindfulness practices and how we can integrate formal and informal mindfulness practices into daily life, including the wide variety of practices available to meet what is called for at a given time. The session will also include a check-in with those participating, discussion and Q&A, as we gather in a community of practice. Each session in the series stands on its own. Newcomers to Neil’s series are welcome at any time. (The following session in “A Series on Mindfulness with Neil” will occur on Monday, October 16, at 1:30 pm; the following session in “Mindfulness Practice with Neil will occur on Monday, October 30, at 1:30 pm.)
