How to register...

There are three ways to register for programs:

1. Click here to register for FREE programs ONLY. (This link will not be active until 9:00 AM on Tuesday).  If you are just registering for free programs, please consider using this option!  It takes participants an average of four minutes to complete and allows us an easy way to send you an email confirmation of all of the programs you are registered with dates;

2. Online through MyActiveCenter.  Online registration is only available if you have received your key tag and created a MyActiveCenter account. For any questions regarding this, please call our office at 781-235-3961 for assistance; OR

3. By phone at (781) 235-3961.  When calling to register, please be prepared to provide your name and your phone number and the first available team member will call you back.  We average calling folks back in less than 10 minutes.  



PLEASE NOTE: Registration does not open and is not available until 9 AM on Tuesday and these programs will not be available on MyActiveCenter and you will have to call to register. Learn to Play Canasta, Basket Weaving Workshop, Floral Design Workshop, Red Sox Luncheon and Cinco de Mayo Luncheon.


May/June 2022 Newsletter

Most newsletters have been delivered.  Our bus drivers have dropped off additional newsletters for dissemination at 27 Washington Street, 50/60 Grove Street, and the Housing Authority.  If you did not receive your newsletter, our Newsletter can be found here.  We also have hard copies of the newsletter available for pick-up at the Tolles Parsons Center (outside in the brochure holder at the front of the building under the awning).  

Masks & Vaccinations Required for In-Person Programming 

In February, the COA Board voted to continue the requirement of masks for all programs and activities at the Tolles Parsons Center.  In the meantime, please note, that if you are signing up for an in-person class, program, or group, you will be required to comply with the COA's mask and vaccination policy which can be found here.  

Fitness Class Updates

Please note that masks are still required for all in-person programming at the TPC at this time. Please ensure that if you are signing up for an in-person exercise class that you are comfortable and safe to wear a mask for the entire class.

In-Person Offerings
For the May/June session, we will  have eight fitness classes that we will be offering in-person.  All of these classes will also be offered as drop-in classes.  You can sign-up for as many or as few as you like ahead of time, or, you can opt-in to signing-up and paying the same day as the class.  Please note that our in person classes as space limitations and may fill up fast.

Online Offerings

For the May/June session, we will be offering 11 fitness classes online.  You can sign-up for as many or as few as you like ahead of time or you can sign-up by calling us before the class starts on the day of to register and pay.  These classes can accommodate many participants and often still have spaces available on the day of the class.

Useful Information

We have been working hard to standardize our exercise class fees and session lengths.  


Class Sessions

For May/June, all exercise classes will be for the duration of six weeks.

Class Fees

For all of our classes we have standardized the fees based on class length.  
  • 30 Minute Class - $3 per class or $18 for six weeks
  • 45 Minute Class - $4 per class or $24 for six weeks
  • 60 Minute Class - $5 per class or $30 for six weeks

Lunch Updates and Reminders

Please note that masks are still required for all in-person programming at the TPC at this time. You will be asked to wear your mask up until you are eating and after you complete your meal.  

Lunches are now open to non-Wellesley residents and are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  For a complete menu, please click here.  The last day to register and pay for lunch is 3 PM, two business days in advance.  To sign-up for lunch on Tuesdays, registration is due on Fridays; for lunch on Wednesdays, registration is due on Mondays; for lunch on Thursdays, registration is due on Tuesdays; and for Fridays, registration is due on Wednesdays.  

Lunch will be in the multi-purpose room on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  On Wednesdays, lunch will be in the café unless delivery is requested for homebound seniors.

Scholarship Funds Available

Funds may be available to subsidize or pay for COA classes, activities, or programs for Wellesley residents.  Contact Kate Burnham by email for more information.
