Early Voting Reminders at the TPC 

DATES 
The Tolles Parsons Center will be hosting the Town Clerk’s Office and Early Voting for the Presidential Election from October 17th – October 30th.   

HOURS  
Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The doors will be locked at the closing times on the prospective days.  No one will be permitted entrance to the building after those times. 

WHO 
Any registered Wellesley voter, regardless of precinct, may come to the Tolles Parsons Center to participate in Early Voting.   

EARLY VOTING PROCEDURE 
The entrance that will be used for all voters, unless requiring handicap/ADA access, will be around the billing entering into the back of the Multipurpose Room at the COA.  (Please see photos below).  If you require handicap/ADA access, please enter through the main front door.   

ABSENTEE BALLOT DROP OFF 
Absentee ballots can be dropped off at Town Hall or with Election Staff during the hours of Early Voting ONLY.  COA staff cannot take absentee ballots from residents and will not be able to deliver absentee ballots to Election Staff.  Please contact the Town Clerk’s office directly for questions or concerns.  
 
NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS 
Restrooms will not be open to the public.  For restrooms, please go across the street to the Police Station. 

TPC NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 
The Tolles Parsons Center continues to be closed to the public with the exception of those with an appointment for the fitness center.  If you enter the building for early voting, please note that there will be no access to the building beyond the Multipurpose room. 

QUESTIONS 
For all questions regarding voting, ballots, or the election, please contact the Town Clerk’s Office at (781) 431-1019 x2252 or email them at Elections@wellesleyma.gov.  The Clerk’s Office will return all calls each day, if someone does not answer, please leave a message and they will return your call.  Unfortunately, the COA staff is not trained on elections and is unable to answer your questions as we are a host site and not directly involved in the election process. Please call the Town Clerk’s office directly for ALL election-related questions. 

REQUEST A BALLOT BY MAIL 
Voters who have not yet requested a Vote by Mail ballot may do so by returning their request application to Town Hall at Elections@wellesleyma.gov or by USPS mail or in the Town Hall drop box.
 
TRACKING MY BALLOT 
If you would like to check to see if you already requested a ballot, go to the Track My Ballot website https://www.sec.state.ma.us/wheredoivotema/track/trackmyballot.aspx . If it says “Pending”, your request has been received and a ballot will be mailed when it is available. 

TO VOTE ON ELECTION DAY 
Polling places will be open on Tuesday November 3rd for traditional voting.  All school based locations have been moved. 
  • Precincts A (Bates), B (Sprague) and C (Upham) are located at the Municipal Light Plant at 4 Municipal Way (next to the Fire Station).  The Woodlawn Avenue entrance will be open for election day. 
  • Precincts D (Schofield) and E (Fiske) are located at the Warren Building at 90 Washington Street. 
  • Precinct F (Dana Hall) is located at the Wellesley Congregational Village Church at 2 Central Street 
  • Precinct G (Wellesley Free Library) is not changing and will be at the Wellesley Free Library. 
  • Precinct H (Tolles Parsons Center) is not changing and will be at the Tolles Parsons Center
