The topic: Mindfulness in Turbulent Times. Neil will discuss how mindfulness can help us manage our stress and anxiety and maintain our balance in the face of the current pandemic and our turbulent times. These sessions will be interactive, include a guided practice, and cover basic mindfulness principles as well as the topic at hand. Newcomers to the series are always welcome.
