It is spring and when you venture outside for a change of scenery and a breath of fresh air, you see signs of it everywhere! Plants bursting from the ground with love and birds carrying hope. We are a strong community filled with possibility and unlimited resources and programming! Look at what we've added for all of you today and in the coming days: A Series on Mindfulness with Neil Motenko will resume next week using Zoom. The topic: Mindfulness in Turbulent Times. Neil will discuss how mindfulness can help us manage our stress and anxiety and maintain our balance in the face of the current pandemic and our turbulent times. These sessions will be interactive, include a guided practice, and cover basic mindfulness principles as well as the topic at hand. Newcomers to the series are always welcome. This topic be covered as a two-part series. There will be an afternoon and an evening option for each part.
