We may be living in unclear times, but one thing is certain; you are not alone. No matter what the news may say, you are part of a community that comes together to support each other. Dear Tolles Parsons Members - we are in this together!
Today 43 members showed up online to participate in our Mindful Living class. What a moving and incredible experience it was to see friendly faces, shared gratitude and collective moments to quiet our minds. As we close out the week here at the Council on Aging, we wanted to share some links to pass the time for you this weekend. If you can, please step outside into the sun and fresh air. Spring is in the air and the sights and sounds around us can change our outlook.LaBlast Classes online:For those of you that were looking forward to starting the new LaBlast Fitness class, you can go online and try out their free classes: https://lablastfitness.com/free-lablast-live-classes/
From our Tai Chi Instructor, Jon Woodward
During this time when we are keeping ourselves isolated at home, it can be challenging to fill the time with meaningful activities. Jon's website has many videos to help people practice T'ai Chi on their own. Anyone interested is welcome to explore and use these video resources. www.MetroWestTaiChi.com/resources/videos
