[ARCHIVED] Preregister for COVID-19 Vaccines

COVID Vaccine

Preregister now for COVID-19 vaccines at State mass vaccination clinics!

Massachusetts rolled out a new scheduling system on Friday, March 12 that is designed to make it easier for eligible individuals to find and book vaccine appointments.

The system currently works with the seven mass vaccination clinics in the State; more locations are expected to be added in April.

Sign up with your name and contact information to receive weekly status updates for available appointments. When an appointment becomes available, you'll be contacted to book the appointment and have 24 hours to accept it. You can opt out at any time if you find an appointment at another location.

To help older people and others who are unable to use the form, family members, caregivers, or other companions may fill out the form on behalf of someone else. People without internet access can call the State's 2-1-1 line for preregistration help.

If you aren't yet eligible for the vaccine, you may sign up but will not be offered appointments until you become eligible.

The new preregistration tool replaces the current online booking systems for the COVID-19 vaccine.
