When requesting a final meter reading online, please complete the entire
form. The appointment will be confirmed by a Customer Service Representative the next business day. Request for meter readings must be submitted before 3:30 p.m. the day before the requested read date.
Home Entry & Time Scheduled
Entry to the home is required. Scheduled read times are in two windows between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. and between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on normal business days. When picking the a.m. or p.m. read time please keep in mind, the actual time will vary based on the number of final readings and location of each of those requests.
Final Bill
The final bill will be available the next business day. Please understand that final readings may not be available in electric emergency situations.
