Developers Victor Sheen and Peter Holland are proposing a development project that would aggregate three parcels of land at 489 Worcester Street, 4 Cliff Road, and 14 Cliff Road into a 168,000 square foot parcel, to be renamed 8 Cliff Road. This development conceptually includes 60 Market Rate Units and 9 Affordable Rate Units (15%). This project will require modifications to zoning in order to move forward, and is in a very preliminary phase at this time.
Residents will have multiple opportunities to review this proposal, share concerns, and give feedback.
