Back to Work - Reporting Workplace Incidents

Don’t forget - if you have an accident on the job, whether you are injured or just shaken up, it must be reported to the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator immediately. You will find information on how to report, how to seek medical attention, and more on the Workers’ Compensation webpage. Supervisors - you also have a responsibility to report the incident. The WC webpage has got you covered! All forms should be emailed to the Workers’ Compensation Coordinator.
