Rental Assistance (RAFT)
For those facing homelessness and in need of emergency rental assistance, SMOC’s Housing Consumer Education Center is taking appointments remotely by phone. Call 508-872-0765 or 508-872-4853 x 2171 or e-mail HCEC@smoc.org for help.
Those who need rental assistance as a direct result of COVID-19, please include COVID-19 in your e-mail subject line.
If you wish to apply for RAFT or need financial assistance for your rent, mortgage or utilities, please CLICK HERE to complete the online RAFT Pre-Application.
Once your online pre-application is received, you will be contacted by an HCEC Representative.
