Below are applications for the property tax relief programs currently available in the Town of Wellesley. Please print the forms, complete the requested information, sign and return to the Assessors' office with the necessary supporting documentation.
If completing the property tax deferral form for the first time, please print the "1st time deferral" form and sign on page two next to "owner" and have a witness sign next to "witness," we will complete the rest of the information.
